Abstract
Neurocognitive impairment is common in people living with HIV and AIDS. Prior to highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART), cognitive impairment primarily affected patients with advanced disease, and was a more rapidly progressive illness. With the use of HAART, cognitive impairment improved, along with the overall health of HIV-positive patients. However, it is still a prevalent problem, even in patients with desirable CD4+ count and undetectable plasma viral load. In this review, we address the nature of HIV-related neurocognitive impairment in the HAART era, including its etiology, pathology, appropriate diagnostic tools for clinical practice and research, and rational treatment approaches.

The deal on this one was sealed when Obama did his extra constitutional stunt of ‘young alien amnesty’. And you can bet Mexico is going to get all it wants out of him from here on out. It’s their get out of jail free card. Mexico will never go after them as long as they’re getting what they demand. I’d hate to be a border agent.

Where is the late Senator Joseph McCarthy of 1950s fame when you need him? We need him and his Committee to identify and remove these treasonous subversives from our government, media, whatever rock they're under, and convict them.

What makes you think the nightmare ends then? Even if Obama does not manage to cheat his way into a second term, we could very well be hit with a WMD attack on Romney’s watch. Remember 9/11? All planned during the eight years of Clinton but carried out once the Republican took command and control.
Remember the 9/18/2008 electronic drawdown of billions of US dollars right before the US election? What makes you think those “same folks” (read: Soros & Co.) can’t do a repeat performance if Romney wins?
Add to that....the fact that we have a third of the country that is made up of radical leftists that would rather see the USA destroyed completely (Ayers, Jarret, Cloward, Piven, Van Jones) than lose at their leftie agenda goals. They control our media, our schools and at least half or more of our government positions.
