Jets owner Woody Johnson was asked if it was more important for him that his team have a winning season or Romney wins next month’s presidential election.
“I think you always have to put country first,” said Johnson, who is the chairman of Romney’s campaign in New York, on Bloomberg TV’s “Money Matters.”
“I think it’s very, very important not only for us, but for our kids and grandkids that this election come off with Mitt Romney and Ryan as president and vice president.”
