Call the cops, wait until the occupiers have left, quickly go inside and rig the place to burn starting at the front and back entrances in order to seal them off. Strategically place accelerants through out the place to make sure of complete destruction. Blame fire on mob, collect insurance and relocate. Two problems solved; mob is turned into crispy critters and you have enough money to start over some where else.
