Raised some hogs off and on...

Had some fat hogs one summer it rained non-stop. I’d fill a 3- bushel spin feeder and rather than spin it they’d just knock it over in the mud.

I went in the pen to pull the feeder and the base was suctioned down (cast iron, had a big cone in the center).

When I finally flipped the base up it revealed about 2 lbs of earthworms seeking dry shelter. Unfortunately, I fell backwards as the base flipped forwards and I was left on my back in the mud with a pile of earthworms between my knees.

There is no sensation I can describe like being stuck in the mud on your back and having hogs inhale a pile of earthworms between your thighs...

What happened next is somewhat unclear but I unassed the area with every fiber of my being.
