Republicans may have their best chance of winning a Massachusetts congressional seat in nearly two decades with Richard R. Tisei pulling six percentage points ahead of Representative John F. Tierney in a new Boston Globe poll.
Tisei, a former state senator from Wakefield, leads Tierney, a Salem Democrat, 37 percent to 31 percent among likely voters, with 30 percent undecided.
The high percentage of undecided voters reflects the electorates lack of knowledge of Tisei as well as Tierneys relative unpopularity, even among members of his own party, said Andrew E. Smith, the director of the University of New Hampshire Survey Center, which conducted the poll.

Normally, we'd here that Tisei has a woman problem but that is un-PC. Let's go with Tierney's men problem, then again, he has many issues.
I see tons of Tisei signs around! Good sign!
And the entire LGBT community is behind Tierney, not the gay guy. Because Tierney’s a liberal democrat.
Let’s get more gays into congress (unless they’re republican)
Let’s get more african-americans into congress (unless they’re republican)
Let’s get more hispanics into congress (unless they’re republican)
Let’s get more red-headed left-handers into congress (unless they’re republican)
It’s a good start. You know mobbed up Tierney must be crapping himself hard when the Boston Glob(tm) puts out a poll like this because you know it’s skewed.
To understand the “East Coast” voter, all you have to do is tune in to an “episode” of “Jersey Shore.” These people personify the mentality there. At least for the RATs, and they are, unfortunately, the majority.
The Globe has not covered for Johnny Pockets like they have for Fauxcahontas. I think they realize he’s a lost cause and will let him fall by the wayside.I’m sure they can’t bring themselves to bury a gay politician. If Tisei were straight, the Globe would be pulling out all the stops to help Tierney
I can't get too excited about Tisei as he's not really a conservative Republican. However, it will be nice to get Tierney and his crime family out of Congress.
It does look like Tisei is going to win. An absolute explosion of Tisei lawn signs out there over the past couple weeks and I haven't seen a single one for Tierney.
Tisei has a woman problem because of the Transgender Bill.
I heard from a reliable source yesterday that the local democrat city committee is putting up a city councilor to run a Sticker campaign against Chris Fallon D- Malden for endorsing Scott Brown.
