First iaw the rules:
Americans for Tax Reform were very hospitable as BufordP reports so if you think Neal Boortz and Congressman John Linder have a good idea about a "Fair Tax" i.e. paying taxes on what you pend not what you earn stop by the ATR web site to learn more and maybe send some spare change their way.
Yes, I was very enchanted by Rebecca, much like Ivanhoe. At 19 Rebecca has already done lots of stuff and future plans reveal no signs of slowing down. Gets that from her dad who has lots of stories and probably her mother who was not in attendance.
Oh yeah Ann arrived without fanfare briefly spoke on why her latest book is out now and immediately went to signing books. She was very gracious; spending time chatting with with each and personalizing signature upon request. While some have worried that she needs needs to add some weight, Ann informed me that she more than enough. I told her we needed an updated photo of her with her weapons. One last item her arms remain "toned."
LOL!! Good one!
Could not get over how tiny her hands and fingertips are. But in her case, mighty is the hand that taps the keyboard!
You disaffected FReepers, unless you have read the brilliant Demonic and Mugged, in addition to her earlier work exposing and documenting liberal bias, tactics and totemism, it is unfair to dismiss entirely her service to the U.S. conservative movement. No human being is perfect, as the scriptures of Western Civilization make clear. I believe her books will be consulted for generations. And perhaps she will write in the future about the very things that are teeing you off, so you can evaluate her motivations or reasoning from a closer vantage point to the brain than one's knee reflexes.
Ours is the "party" or "faction" that does not demand perfection. That is Democrat terrain -- for all others but Democrats. Conservatives go for the most good for the most people, most of the time. There is a lot of room for disagreement and growth in that model, the goal of which is a "more perfect union"; whereas the tyrannical left wants everything absolutely perfect and final, tries to enact its version of perfection overnight regardless of its stultifying effects and unintended consequences -- and then their perfect bubble shatters within a few generations (i.e. the Soviet Union, 1922-1991).
Ad hominem criticisms of personal appearance as well as the worship of personal appearance also belong to the left, as highlighted by the witticism to which this discussion has responded.
