I’m not worried about Ryan handling Biden; and Biden will make a gaffe, just as he did in 2008, talking about rest visiting a restaurant in DE that had been closed for 20 yrs.
Romney I am worried about, because the initial questions will be deliberately designed to trip him up; and Mitt publicly disclosed that he is working on means to improve his communications with middle class families. I think I am more nervous than Romney, which is ridiculous but honest.
Mitt understands how consequential this election is for his children and grandchildren.
Moreover, everything in Mitt’s life has prepared him for this moment and, unlike McLame, Romney WANTS to be president and will FIGHT for it - so there is plenty of reason for optimism.
I don’t think I will be as nervous for Mitt as I always was for W. I sweated it out watching W in the debates and he did fine.
