I am increasingly of the mind that medical people in the US are losing the trust of their patients, because of the dilutionin some cases complete disregard of their Hippocratic oath.

Many med schools do not administer the Hippocratic Oath. Of those that do many use a modernistic version bereft of any traditional medical ethics references.
