Lol. On Sarah’s payroll? Eat your own little of give biscuit.
She was a governor of Alaska. That is NOT a job someone "dumb" would be able to perform. Ann Coulter? The same Ann Coulter who dated Bill Maher? You've got to be kidding!
Heh...I remember how back in 2009 some of FR’s in-house anklebiters were complaining that she needed to take time off, bone up on policy, become a wonk, and then look forward to a 2014 Senate run or a 2016 presidential campaign. Some people can never be satisfied.
No legal defense fund? Hell, she most certainly had one. And it was put together by the most top-flight lawyer team in the lower-48, some of the same ones that put together Clinton’s. I donated $200 to it. But more insane politically inspired lawsuits and obvious political machinations put a calculated stop to it. Part of the continued all-out effort at the time to destroy Palin both politically and personally.
And bastards even on this board joined in with these scumbags, calling her a quitter and “damaged goods.” Hope they all rot in hell.
I know a conservative communications specialist, who has a dozen things h can say bout HOW Palin said things that turned off women ( not what she said) .but I was surprised that my female college students really didn’t like her. Probably too much like their mothers.
Well, she's kind of dumb and never added anything to the conversation. I guess she has a lot of mouth breather appeal, but it hurt the credibility of the network that she never got any hardball questions and had to be treated like a beauty queen all the time (well, she was a beauty queen, right?)Can they take that $1m and give it to Ann Coulter instead?
This blurry commentary coming from Sarah is because she has been left out of the political loop, marginalized entirely.
This permanent political predicament she’s in leaves her unable to break any news ground. She’s left with giving rather pedestrian commentary that anyone politically engaged could offer, for much less than a million.
Why is the bull even posted here? It was written over a month ago by a bunch of liberals.
Sarah Palin in not going to renew her contract with Foxnews. It is as plain as that.
Three years with Foxnews is enough. She is well off and doesn’t need the money. Foxnews has nothing else to offer Palin so she is moving on.
End of story.

I hope she is well off and at least out of debt. I also doubt there will be a contract renewal, but we don’t know. Maybe for half a million she stays available. What else has she got going? She has the AZ house, but never hear of her using it or entertaining anyone ever. I think she’s done.
get your priorities straight...we are in a life or death struggle...
if she's serious, she needs to hope that Romney wins and appoints her energy secretary, and she can help develop new oil drilling in Alaska, which would make her a rock star with the people....
then, go for Senator of Alaska and have a nice long career....
she's a valuable asset as far as cohesing tea partiers and other conservatives...
BINGO. That's why #3 is the closest answer. #1 is absurd. Their network is FILLED with commentators who have never held office or run for office. Why would that be a problem for Palin, an actual vice presidential candidate? Was there a problem with Geraldine Ferraro being a commentator? True, she may be overpaid, now that the big media attention on her being V.P. has naturally died down. But #3 seems to be the closest answer.
Ailes turned FNC into the Romney News Network during the primary and started undermining everyone who threatened Romney, starting with Palin, then Cain, Gingrich and Santorum. But Ailes desire to make FNC a "moderate" RINO network was evident even before this, when Glenn Beck's show was cancelled.
I believe they've publically indicated they've "maxed out" their ratings with conservatives as far as they can go so they plan to grow by trying to attract less conservative viewers. It's the classic Aesop's fable of the dog who has a bone in his mouth, then sees his reflection in the water, tries to grab the "other dog's" bone and loses both of them.
Maybe not, but George Bush had no influence on Reagan's policy, and he was still able to become president using his V.P. slot as a springboard. So no question being V.P. help's Ryan's long-term chances of gaining more power.
Way to out yourself there.
(...and face it, Ann's getting a little long in the tooth.)
Cheers!
O'Reilly has regular, recurring segments with Bernie Goldberg, Glenn Beck, Monica Crowley, Charles Krauthammer, Brit Hume, Mary Katharine Ham, Dennis Miller, Adam Corolla, et al. He's even gone on tour with Beck and Miller. It's very disingenuous of you to mention the only 2 liberals he has on regularly and not mention the many more conservative regulars.
You're right, during the height of that bus tour, Hannity was on location, in Iowa I think for the straw poll, asking the crowd if they wanted Palin to run, and he was visibly shocked when the crowd loudly voted no.
But, if Romney loses, everyone who backed him in the primary will be doing some major soul-searching, and Sarah will be the beneficiary of that. The only reason Romney won was because voters bought into the "electability" meme, which was always a crock, but was pushed big for still-unclear reasons by Fox, Drudge, National Review and other RINO conservative media outlets. The idea was they would do their best to smear every other candidate, and then claim Romney was more electable because no one was smearing him (except his less well-funded primary opponents). If the moderate Mormon from Massachusetts fails, next time it seems likely conservatives are going to do the right thing and vote their hearts. Because if YOU don't feel anything for a candidate, why would you ever think other voters in a different election would?
It's actually undersimplifying. The viciousness of the press is simple to explain. They will viciously attack, smear and lie about anyone who threatens the ability of their candidates to get elected or otherwise transform America. She did. Newt Gingrich while he was Speaker did. George W. Bush did. And Romney does now.
Since pols like Boehner, Cantor and McConnell offer no serious threat to the left, they don't get attacked very much. None of this has anything to do with who the press likes or dislikes.
Can they take that $1m and give it to Ann Coulter instead?
She actually got the same kind of questions anyone else did and she was never "treated like a beauty queen." But I understand that jealousy over her attractiveness is clouding your judgment.
The network that forced Romney down our throats in the primary already lost its credibility. And that goes double for Coulter. Obviously Palin is smarter than both of them for understanding that Romney was a bad candidate.
