Stevens went by himself or with Sean Smith looking for ManPads.....I know they are weapons but explain what they are and how big they are......please.

MANPADS: Man-portable air-defense systems. Basically air-to ground antiaircraft weapon, usefull against military and civilian targets. They can be used against helicopters to Airbus300’s depending on the weapon. They can be a real problem for commercial jetliners if the wrong people get them.
