I lost the Youtube app, too. All I did was go to Youtube and instead of bookmarking it, I added it to my homescreen. Works just like it did before.
I mysteriously lost Adobe Flash Player a couple weeks before the upgrade. You Tube worked fine as a separate application, but not in my browser. Now without the You Tube app, I have almost no videos. If it requires Flash Player, I can’t watch it.
