I learned at an early age not to use the same word too many times in a paper.

That was, I think, in 4th grade.

I guess they’re not teaching THAT any more.

My chat and text messages are better written than that piece of junk.

You’re right-in school-when you were actually taught real English usage- using the same word over and over in a story or what have you, was an automatic deduction off of your grade.

But with “Pass/Fail” grading, it really doesn’t matter anymore...

Funny how she keeps talking about DIVERSITY, yet NONE exists in her own written material!
