He always gives hints that he's into something dirty. In this case he called the demonstrations a "natural reaction". He has to go or we will have blood in the streets as he goes about what he considers to be his "business" with the Nation. I don't believe anyone in his Administration would hesitate to "reason" with the People by killing a boatload of us.
