OK, let me cut to the chase. There is nothing wrong with the term “ladylike”. It is not offensive to anyone, except maybe an extreme feminist. Therefore, to give any credence to a complaint about it I think is ridiculous.
They would be happy to take anything he said, no matter how innocent, and make a “story” out of it. I can’t criticize a man for saying something normal.
BTW he really was saying she was not “ladylike” in the debate. Big deal.
Just my opinion. There are always Freepers ready to jump on board with every media attack on a republican.
I did not say there was anything wrong with the word “ladylike”.
If you think that Akin’s comment was perfectly fine then there is nothing to worry about is there?
Don’tcha know, the media get to set the rules on what we conservatives can think, say and do. We’re not allowed to nominate any candidate who would offend the sensibilities of the media. They are our lords and masters and we must bow down to their every whim. Any candidate who they attack must be tarred, feathered, drawn and quartered to appease them.
