Fox has been announcing his appearance, but has not specifically said that they will cover his entire speech.
From the schedule line-up, it does not appear that any C-Span channel is covering it. WTH???

I would imagine that Fox will cover it. It doesn’t start for another hour. Hope I am right lol!
