You must have had to do a lot of research into your family history.
This comes back to the ethereal definitions of peace-loving Muslim, moderate Muslim, or extremist Muslim. It reminds me of trying to decipher the concepts of peace-loving NAZI, moderate NAZI or extreme NAZI. If Shari’a is the goal for ALL Muslims (regardless of subtle non-defined definition) then it appears Shari’a is the enemy. If ALL Muslims desire for us ALL to follow Shari’a, then the lines should be fairly well drawn, possibly with a very bright line. We hear about Shari’a concepts embedded into certain finance laws or errant US judges who allow Shari’a concepts to be brought into US courts. Are our leaders too blind to see the subtleties, or will be living under the Tyranny of the Easily Offended?

Actually not as much as you would think...especially with the internet. Once you get back across to England they have great records. The key is to find a link with middle to upper class in England and it is not as hard as you might expect. This line comes through the New England area as Goff to Hicks (Hix) to Blood to Whitney. As SubMareener points out it spreads out very quickly as he and I are cousins. I did the tree of a woman’s husband here in Virginia and he has the same grandfather as I do. I had someone on the Mayflower and there are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, here with connections to those folks.

I see more and more of what the Holy Bible says in its last book what will happen down the road. Many, many Christians will give their witness to the King of Kings by giving their very lives up in order to defeat this monster.
