There will always be more people desiring charity, than there will be charity to provide. The only long-term solution is to eliminate all obstacles from people willing to offer their services for whatever an employer is willing to provide.

If Spain eliminated all rules making it hard for employers to fire those who don't work out, people would be more willing to hire. If they eliminated all rules setting minimum wages and benefits, then people with minimal skills to offer would be more able to find work.

And if they deported all the unskilled immigrants, then native Spaniards would be much more able to find work.

Oh. I was just worrying about hungry people in Spain and whether there were any private charities to take care of them in the short term. I’m not into philosophy right now.
