As Paul Harvey would say, here is "The Rest of the Story".
Mitt Romney was governor two years later when Ken Smith, Director of New England Center for Homeless Veterans, submitted his budget for approval. Mitt Romney remembered and Ken Smith found his government approved food budget doubled.
There are many other stories the media did not attend that clearly indicate Mitt Romney is a good and decent man. Having a good and decent man as the nation's President does not ensure a good President but the odds lean strongly in that direction.
Those who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again. Ronald Reagan
I repeat this quote because I feel there are many liberals who believe that if they decide a more socialist America is not for them they can simply get it back at the next election. Yes, unfortunately I do believe many of them are that ignorant.
And as the facts prove here is the truth. Romney ran for the Senate in 1994 when he visited the VA Hospital. Shortly after that visit he donated the milk. He continued the donations for 2 years. He ran for for Governor in 2003. Two years after becoming Governor Romney approved their budget. When you have to distort and embellish the truth it makes the original good act seem suspect. It is sad that this Country has no choice but to vote for a liberal with the difference between them is a D or an R.
