If I won Powerball, I'd blow 60K on the basic model, just for the hell of it. My wife really likes the big panel display in the center console.
There are a lot of negatives with the car as it stands today, but as a rich guy's play thing, it might be interesting...

If they can find 20,000 rich guys who need a new plaything, then more power to them. The sucking of hundreds of millions of dollars off the taxpayer is the real crime here.
