It is. We have this odd tendency to pretend the income tax is the only tax. There’re like a billion of them.
And that is true...and of course, Obama has claimed that people have actually been paying lower income taxes right?
Sounds good to the folks who told Howard Stern Paul Ryan was Obama’s running mate.
Those people will never understand that when you don’t have a job - don’t get a raise - or you endure a pay cut - of COURSE your taxable income is going to drop.
I wish they would talk more about gas prices, cost of heating oil, food prices, utility rates.

I can’t afford beef. To be honest in a way that’s actually been better for my health. Chicken and fish are still relatively the less expensive choices, while beef has practically become a luxury. I still love beef though :-/
