A new California law could expose young women who have abortions to additional safety risks because it allows unlicensed individuals to perform abortions under certain circumstances, according to pro-life advocates.

California Gov. Jerry Brown signed the bill into law over the weekend permitting nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants and midwives to perform abortions due to what Democrats see as a shortage of available doctors.

California will reap what it has sown, God will judge them harshly, there is a reason it is located on a major fault! Abortion is no different than child sacrifice, I dread to see what being it will usher forth, if it hasn’t already!

It makes perfect sense. They work for a Doc and it gives the Doc additional time to visit the Maserati dealership. Making all of that money is hard work. I doubt they are allowed independent practice or the CA Medical Board would be screaming bloody murder. It’s about the money...

Letting anyone with a coat hanger perform an abortion is just the first step. Next you're going to be getting homeopathic care rather than tests and antibiotics because the people in charge will be Vodoo priestesses, New Age homeopaths, or "doctors" that got the same kind of education our fearless leader has; a degree in return for learning the right lingo and being in the appropriate quota category. I hope you're all looking forward to taking your kids to the ER with a high fever accompanied by vomiting blood only to have them blessed by New Age priestess or the local Shaman and told to go home and eat an pear (fresh, not canned, organic of course).

Folks better start waking up and pulling their kids out of public schools. You already have Zero rights as soon as you walk into any State run or State funded medical facility, including the one the school nurse oversees. Anyone remember the 1927 USSC decision Buck v Bell?

If they decide your kid has ADD, is too shy, too aggressive, too Christian, or anything else they think taints the gene pool, hey, pass out the sterilization pills to them in the fifth grade. Then they can brag over stopping all the silly protests and discussion about a little thing like sacrificing infants to the Eugenics god on abortion alters. Just let the State explicitly decide who is acceptable breeding stock while they're in elementary school and all those silly religious issues go away. Won't that be great?

I was laughed at for years over calling the democrat party the American Nazi Party, but you tell me, what fits Nazi Germany any better than the party of Eugenics that has, ever since it was founded, been dedicated to the abolition of the Constitution and the establishment of a ruling nobility that breeds only as many slaves as they need.

Never forget, Hitler copied US eugenics theory and laws then followed them to their logical conclusion. He didn't dream it all up himself, he just adopted what US and British "intellectuals" had already embraced and put into law in the US. In fact, he copied the Virginia eugenics laws as the basis for German eugenics law and had the German law written with the help of a US attorney who had graduated from Harvard. As soon as the queers are all out in the open, it'll be their turn to have the party "manage" them the same way it "managed" black folks onto plantations, labor unions out of existence unless they're government unions, and all the silly white folks who thought they had found the ultimate way to a secure future by purchasing a house that was a solid investment.

But, don't worry, be happy. Smoke another joint and get used to sitting in your own chit because they'll legalize it and then pass out the really good stuff with opium in it to everyone on the welfare plantation. What a great future, people can stay stoned and think of nothing but sex, the latest video game, and when their next government funded stash will arrive.

But, at least the taxes from it will go to edumakation for the Chilldren, right? Wait a minute, all that just over unlicensed abortions?

Yeah, the "thousands who die from abortions" worked once and they'll run the same scam again to replace abortion with involuntary sterilization just as soon as the death toll from botched abortions gets high enough. After all, that's a lot cheaper and we're all in the health care system together, right?

Well, JMHO, sorry for the rant and all, but damn. When are people going to quit falling for the same scam being run on them over and over?

Every one of those positions requires a license. They are not "unlicensed." The headline is a lie.

It doesn't do the cause of life any good.

I would have to check, but I really don’t think midwives have the same advanced training as nurse practitioners or physician’s assistants.

Seemingly lost in the clutter of all of this is the absolute insanity of granting licenses to anyone to kill helpless, defenseless, innocent persons.

In spite of the fact that the United States Constitution says:

“No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.”

And...

“No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

It’s not lost at all. You just don’t lie about it and expect to gain anything. It’s just the way things work.

If you reread my post you’ll see that I wasn’t addressing your point about the headline.

I was making the obvious point that there can be no legitimate license to kill innocent persons.

and I am uncertain on that as well. My daughter is an advanced practice nurse and I have several close friends who are as well. I can’t imagine any of them participating in this abomination.

thanks for the reminder that midwives may not be advance practice....

And if that doesn't result in enough murdered babies, they'll extend permission to the Roto-Rooter guys.

Then don't direct it to me.

I don't need your pedantic "instruction;" in fact, I find it offensive.

Far be it from me to think I could ever teach you anything. Seriously.

Repentance is the first step toward atonement, seriously.

You've made such a pompous ass of yourself here that, while I might have voted for you at one time, you've shown no inclination toward the kind of temperament or judgment in a person I could support for any level of public office. I will endeavor to make that opinion known should the occasion arise. Congratulations, you really know how to win them over.

Believe me, I will strive mightily to never offend you again by making the mistake of expressing my opinion on a thread by replying to you.

Adding dishonesty to intemperance too! First, these were facts that you know very well I understand, facts that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had posted, which was about honesty in the title of the post, not even about abortion or rights at all. Hence, it was neither an opinion nor a reply; it was empty posturing for purposes you chose not to disclose (a failure of integrity), facts that should have been directed to the article posted and not to me. When I pointed it out, you did not show any repentance, an absolute repudiation of the central tenet of Judeo-Christian teaching. You were not expressing an opinion, but stating facts in support of your efforts to demonstrate your superior moral rectitude, your raison d'etre as far as I can tell and as pure an example of "righteousness as filthy rags" as I could conjure, an attempt to elevate yourself lacking an ounce of humility.

That's why it didn't work.

I simply stated my opinion, on a subject I care about quite a bit. That’s what Free Republic is for. Remember?

I wasn’t even really addressing you, per se. I was commenting on the substance of the article. Yours just happened to be a handy post to reply to.

My error.

If anyone is acting like a pompous, self-righteous ass, it’s you.

Again, I will do my best to try to remember to avoid hitting reply to any post of yours that isn’t addressed to me in the future.

Let me see if I have this straight: Lefty women lobbied for legalized abortion so that they could put an end to unsafe abortions in favor of abortions performed by doctors.

Now, because abortion has become an inalienable right of lefties, they want abortions to be performed by less-than-doctors, since not enough doctors are available due to the outflux of doctors due to the left’s support of the Abortion-Promoter-in-Chief, Barack Chamberlain Obama, whose ObamaCare scheme substitutes bureaucrats for doctors.

Am I following this correctly so far?
