As applied, technically such corporations would not be treated as monopolies, but required to divest according to the Broadcast Ownership Rules of the FCC.

In effect, it could return to its rules in use in 1975, updated to new technologies and markets.
I go by the first government’s rules, not the ever-expanding government’s rules.
