I still cannot comprehend how something called a Congressional Black Caucus is constitutionally allowed to exist.This is a governmental entity whose sole purpose is to effect legislation that is favorable to one segment of the population based on skin color. Same for the hispanic caucus or a white caucus if ever one was created. It seems to violate the letter and spirit of the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment.
It’s a Democrat tool to keep Blacks on the plantation.
