I had an eye-opening experience the other day. I was waiting in line in our little Walmart; this is a small farming community in central Virginia, and the store here is a small one, as Walmarts go. I looked around me, and I counted four--FOUR---Muslim women. Again, in a tiny rural village in VA.
It was shocking and disturbing.
Check out the small hotels, the mom and pop operations that may be there. And, they are seriously in the convenience/gas store business. The money goes back to the home country.
