I know. Just talking about the condoms because I think it's a first step toward the school district trying to get away with more things without parental permission. There were rumors going around that our school nurse was helping some girls get abortions without parents knowing. She held a meeting and was so condescending and know-it-all it was sickening. She claimed to have never helped anyone get an abortion and that we didn't understand girls “health care”. (Who gets their health care from school???) Anyway, she at least shut up and didn't return the following year, it part, because after she basically called all the parents stupid, a female in the audience stood up and told her she was plain wrong on a lot of the facts she was spewing. The nurse basically called this woman an idiot, until the woman revealed she was an OB/GYN in practice 15 years. The nurse left at the end of the year but the new one still passes out the condoms, but she seems more reasonable.
