Probably about 1 in 20 men, 1 in 30-40 women, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the numbers are increasing. Where I am, in the Northeast, the number of young adults seems to be graeter, and transgender types appear to be exploding in numbers.

A little tough to study historically because of the stigma, but I think most studies find in the 3-10% range.
