(I could eat it raw, but why do that when I have a fire.)

Judging from the photo, the flight attendant is not guilty.

The gun discharged when the officer tried to put the safety on, according to MyFoxPhilly.com. The S&W Airweight doesn't have a safety.
I guess the officer thought the trigger was the safety.

Son of a Biatch doesn’t even have a visible hammer. It is double action only revolver with a pretty stiff trigger pull. Who would have been charged with manslaughter had the stupid cop actually shot and killed a person while improperly handling an unfamiliar fire arm!? Any guesses?

The firearm was a .38 caliber Smith and Wesson Airweight revolver The cop was the operator. The gun discharged when the officer tried to put the safety on, according to MyFoxPhilly.com. Wait. What?
S&W revolvers don't HAVE safeties. I have NEVER seen a revolver with a safety. The safety is keeping your damned, donut-stained finger away from the damned trigger!
