It is the maniacal delusion of a pathological narcissist. He thinks he can roll back the clock on centuries of history like some magic "reset" button. 0bama is utterly ignorant of free will and cause and effect. The third world countries he wants to uplift are no more going to happily go along with his plan than the western nations he wants to push back down.

His manipulations can only result in increased tension, strife and war. We can see those fruits already starting to ripen. People will not be pushed into playing out one man's fantasies even for promises of wealth and happiness. People cannot be pushed like that. They couldn't fit into his fairytale dream world if they wanted to and live like dolls in a child's playhouse. That defies reality.
