But her issue is that she was sitting in Massachusetts doing the work. The issue you raise is that a lawyer sitting in, for instance, New York City, may undertake a corporate transaction or work with local counsel to litigate a case in say, Texas. That happens all the time. But what doesn’t happen all the time is that someone goes to New York and opens an office there and practices law from that office without being barred in New York. That is a problem.

well I don’t know, if she was admitted temporarily pro hac vice and the litigation took 3 years and there was just Travelers..............maybe you are correct, I don’t know all the circumstances
