I take it the real problem is not the documentation requirements, but the idea that it could take votes from Obama. My answer is, if they don't have a naturalization certificate they have no business voting!!!

All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####

REFERENCE March 8, 2012 KENNER, La. -- Kenner police arrested illegal Marvin Baca who sold false W-2 forms to another illegal immigrant for $1,500. Baca sold fraudulent W-2 forms for $1,500 to other Hispanics here illegally.
Police said that on one of the forged W-2 forms had a SS no of a person living in Virginia. Police said illegal Hispanics purchase fictitious W-2 forms and file false tax returns with the government to receive EITC refunds. Baca was charged with one count of ID theft and two counts of forgery.

I dont remember what I needed to register to vote...
Back during the 1970s when I started voting documentation was still important so I probably also had to show my naturalization certificate...
We were suppose to have it with us at all times...
This is just an excuse to allow the illegal aliens to vote...

For a Latino, it is easier to get an ID than it is to buy a taco in America.
Same happened with me, I don’t think they even asked my Naturalization certificate. It is so easy.

My wife is a naturalized citizen, and has voted in every election since she became eligible to do so.
So did 3 of my 4 grandparents, also naturalized citizens, and none of whom were in any way wealthy when they started voting.
This story, like all the rest of the bleating from the Leftist pols, media and press, is all about enabling fraudulent voting for themselves or their preferred candidates. I, for one, hope that Romney is elected and that his AG simply allows every state to pass whatever voter ID law it wants - so long as everyone is treated equally. It is NOT too much to ask someone to prove who they are to vote, not when you can’t cash a check or buy Pseudafed without it. That excuse is a big, steaming pile, and everyone knows it.

In the good old days, if you didn't get off your butt as a born/legal citizen to register to vote by the deadline you just had to wait until the next election....and it was tough sh!t for you...I say lets get back to that standard.
