Axlerod (I think?) — totally insane. The 4% tax on medical devices in ObamaDeath is killing the industry, causing cutbacks in R&D, and resulting in immediate layoffs. I’m sure they’ll blame evil capitalists for not paying their new tax AND increasing R&D.
