I think NH is a done deal, but we have a lawsuit in progress that could save Obama's bacon.

Our legislature (correctly and sensibly) passed a law requiring college students to be domiciled in NH in order to vote here. This eliminates their ability to vote twice (once absentee at home and once in NH), since (in theory) adopting an NH domicile should eliminate their voter registration at home.

Anyway, there are probably 25 000+ Obama voters from 2008 who would not be allowed to vote in 2012 under the new law, so that is in front of a Federal judge right now. If he rules for the students, that may be enough votes to beat Romney.

Jim, if this were 08, absolutely this would be the case. But I'm not sure this time around. I'm at a university all week, and do not see (nor have I seen for three years) ANY widespread support for Zero.

I'm sure da "yuts" will go for him in a majority, but the same majority as 08? No. Same numbers as 08? Definitely not.
