Off of the top of my head I can’t think of any reference in the Constitution to secret ballots.

It's probably hiding under one of the penumbras or emanations or something.

It would be in the constitution of individual states. Here in Georgia, the state constitution, Article II. Section I. Paragraph I., states: "Method of voting. Elections by the people shall be by secret ballot and shall be conducted in accordance with procedures provided by law."
