Didn’t he say it took more than one term and also more than one party? His way of blaming the Republicans, and also saying that they must do everything he wants, or the fail that will come with another term for him, will be their fault. He already has the blame game down. Of course if the Republicans did do everything he wanted and then it would fail, he would find another reason to blame them.
