Yes, Bush had a lot of spikes, especially in his last 3 years, but Obama’s stayed consistently high for his 4 years.
You may not think the article is fair to Obama but it was fact that gas was $1.84 when he took office.

I am not a fan of either Bush or Obama. IMO both were poor stewards of the American economy and both implemented policies that made it worse, not better.

Yes, Bush had a lot of spikes, especially in his last 3 years, but Obamas stayed consistently high for his 4 years.I would also add that the proof of Bush's and Obama's poor stewardship is reflected in the price of gasoline, which had remained fairly stable in the 20 years preceding their taking office and has risen steadily since.
