Sounds to me like sedition:
se·di·tion   [si-dish-uhn] noun
1. incitement of discontent or rebellion against a government.
2. any action, especially in speech or writing, promoting such discontent or rebellion.

When are we going to start prosecuting those that seek to overthrow our constitution?

Look at your definition of sedition again.

Sedition in the form of speech is fully protected by the 1st Amendment, as it should be.

We went through a “sedition” prosecution phase over 200 years ago, and intermittently since, mostly in time of war. But we always come to our senses and realize that Americans have a constitutional right to speak out in favor of changing or even eliminating the Constitution.

Well, that includes about half of the post on the internet from both sides of politics not to mention discourse on differing religions on the internet.

Who gets to decide which speech is sedition??? Seriously you trust this administration to go after sedition and you expect to come out unscathed?
