Forget our Constitution. A New Jersey Imam wants to replace it with Sharia Law…for the “good of society”.
Mohammad Qatanani, an Imam of one of the largest mosques in New Jersey, has declared that anyone criticizing Islam is a direct threat to our national security. He believes that “America should disregard its First Amendment…and instead act in accordance with sharia law for the ultimate ‘good’ of society“. Therefore, anyone suspected of speaking negatively of Islam or the Prophet Mohammad should be investigated by the Department of Homeland Security. But, of course, if you want to cheer for the complete annihilation of Israel, I’m sure that would be allowed.

There are religions that promote turning the other cheek even when mocked, but it appears Islam is not one of them. According to one of the most prominent imams in North America, Islam never condones violence, but it also, under no uncertain terms, “everaccepts” speaking ill of the Prophet Muhammad.
In fact, so grave is mockery of the prophet considered, that the cleric – Mohammad Qatanani, who leads one of the largest mosques in New Jersey – even believes free speech that criticizes Islam poses a national security threat to the U.S. and that those responsible should be investigated by the Department of Homeland Security.
“We, as Americans, have to put limits and borders [on] freedom of speech,” Qatanani, leader of the Islamic Center of Passaic County (ICPC), told TheBlaze. He explained that while Americans may ”have the freedom“ to speak their mind, ultimately, they “have no right to [talk about Muslim] holy issues“ as it will incite ”hatred or war among people.”
Qatanani said he thinks agitators who slander Islam, or, more specifically, the Prophet Muhammad, incite violence and hence, pose a national security risk that threatens the safety of Americans at home and abroad. Thus, America should disregard its First Amendment as it is typically applied and instead act in accordance with sharia law for the ultimate “good” of society.
Won’t the cleric be thrilled to discover that Obama’s henchmen are already doing this. From the wise words of Dwight D. Eisenhower,

The voters must take away his matches in November.
Look at your definition of sedition again.
Sedition in the form of speech is fully protected by the 1st Amendment, as it should be.
We went through a “sedition” prosecution phase over 200 years ago, and intermittently since, mostly in time of war. But we always come to our senses and realize that Americans have a constitutional right to speak out in favor of changing or even eliminating the Constitution.

The real problem isn’t the enemy saying this, it’s the complete and total inability of some Americans to BELIEVE they mean it. This morning before dawn I went to the kitchen to get a glass of milk. When I opened the frig door my eye caught a cockroach scurrying to find a corner of the floor to hide in. Our house has been void of roaches for several years since neighbors on both sides (nice slab homes, ours is beam) have been routinely fumigating. I dispensed the roach with a liberal amount of glass cleaner. Now. I read this article and my roach activity comes to mind. I do not in any form or fashion want any bit of Sharia law mingled with our Constitution. I have a deep distrust of so called “moderate Islam” being intended to be any good in any time for the USA. I believe that Mohammad was an opportunistic strange person who had an inspiration to become another Jesus Christ because of ancestral roots going back to Abraham. Mohammad’s followers/crowd would not/could not be joined with Christians. In the USA today Islam is like the cockroach I had on my kitchen floor.
