They did it last year in Egypt. IIRC about 95% of access was disabled

This isn't Egypt. The Internet is too ingrained, too highly utilized in all areas for a “shut-down” to be reasonable.
Like I said before, I could be wrong, but it will end his presidency at the moment.

I was responding to your comment that the internet has no on/off switch, apparently it does. I'm sure HUSSEIN has already figured out a way to pull the plug just like they did in Egypt, a few calls threats to internet providers - problem solved.
