We need 100 million people to stop paying their taxes. How do you go about that?

If all 100 million increased the number of dependents on their tax form, it would hurt the gov.

Claim 5 dependents, you will have to pay tax on April 15th, if you owe it, so no free money back that the IRS took from you anyway.
