Apparently some people do. Many of the ones I’ve seen are practically gleeful in contemplating what Obama is going to do to everyone else, and how much we’re going to suffer because we didn’t nominate their pet ‘pure’ conservative.

Luircin, you are SO absolutely correct on this. The so-called 'principled' ones and their ideological purists will either wake up on the morning of November 7th and scream "ohhhh GAWD NOOOO!!!! ROMNEY WON!?!??! GAAAAHHH!!!"

OR:

They'll wake up and say "0BAMA WON! YAY US! YAY 'PURE' CONSERVATISM! YAY America's gonna die now and prove our point!'

They are the political equivalent of the residents of Jonestown in November 1978, who couldn't believe what was going to happen until it was time for them to have their own personal cup of purple FlavorAid pressed into their hands.

(and what a coincidence, this November, just like THAT November, there was a Congressman Ryan fighting to get to the bottom of it all, but unlike Leo, Paul Ryan will (God willing) become the next Vice President of the United States).
