What counts is the NET.
Is a household a NET tax consumer, or a NET tax payer?

Well said! [Applause] The problem needs to be honestly defined first, and you did it!
The only general solution that I've been able to think of is to starve the beast.
* Avoid buying anything that we don't really need (generates revenues/debt too much).
* Become more self-sufficient each month (energy, food, etc.)
* Learn to manufacture a necessity or needed part as a hobby for now.
The socialist, political/regulator class cannot continue its grip on both parties in politics without money and time to do so. Government can't be big without big, valuable revenues from unrestrained, domestic manufacturing competition (funny money from import/debt regime being irrelevant).
