People who pledge allegiance to their country are citizens.
Only citizens are allowed to vote.
Instead of ripping off the Pledge of Allegiance (to the flag, and to the Republic, for which it stands), they should find out what kids recite in the morning in North Korea — substitute Obama for Kim and I’m sure you’ll have a verse that fits well what they want to express.
