Look at nations as individuals. There is a community of Nations. Each nation has an income. Each Nation has an income. Each nation has a debt
The same with individuals in a community. Responsible people know their numbers; irresponsible people don’t.
You must be able to pay your debt and meet your obligations with your income. You must not allow your debt to become so large that you cannot meet it with the income you have. There comes a point when you must cut up your credit cards.
