Got a link that shows he was released under Gaddafi? The Apr 2011 NYTimes report says that he was transferred from Gitmo to Libya in 2007 and released " the next year in an amnesty for militants". That would be our old pal Colonel Q.

no link, just some info from a Former FBI on the tele this am. The former official stated rebels release him in March of 2010. A lot of confusion, regarding the truth, at this time. Tis normal.
