You can bet there's no return on the ‘value for money’ that is spent on them.

It goes on until they die (reproducing more and worse than themselves in the process). The taxpayer is burdened with the expense of the gutter existence these people prefer and refuse to leave.

special ed taught my son to read- I consider that a return on value

special ed teachers are mostly saints on earth, from what I have experienced

special ed is really a highly enriched and individualized education system- a private school within a public school system. Many white parent hire lawyers to try to get those services for their kids. To think that some bureaucrat would flag special ed as if it was a form of discrimination against foster kids and black boys is ludicrous. I suppose this woman is accusing the school system and its psychologists of lying or incompetence along with racism. Nor has she ever tried to teach a class salted with these angry dysfunctional children
