People would do well to remember this is the PRC. The Chi-coms. Nothing happens on Embassy Row without the official blessing of The Party. Tienanmen Square's protest was, as far as you understand it, a CCP-endorsed party then?
People who have obviously spent no time in China would do well to remember that the Chinese will hate the Japanese long after the communist dynasty is gone.
They're Chinese first, commies later. All the Party is doing is riding the wave. For the moment.
