Florida is a two-party consent state...so to legally record at this function, either Romney/staff or event hosts had to consent before any audio recording.

No consent = Law was broken.

You can video record without consent in Florida, but not audio

THAT was what I was wondering about. Thanks for the information. Obviously, someone has broken the law again. If it was Obama up there talking, you can bet the state controlled “media” would be throwing a tantrum right now.

He had no expectation of privacy. I recorded him last time in Tallahassee at a restaurant. So were many others.
