When did Toobin start being a schmuck like this? He used not, iirc, to be a jerk -- who grabbed his chain? Is he gay or something? The bad guys love to jerk around nominal conservatives who are found out to be gay -- David Brock, Exhibit A, who now jangles his chains deep in the dungeon of Media Matters.
I don’t know but I further read the article from drudge this am about Scalia[from Toobin’s book] and wondered who the heck he was talking about? It was revisionist in the extreme, imho.
