If someone else is allowed to do this there with something other than a Christian church ,Lets say a mosque , then you have case in fact they could sue. . But I doubt they do.
A Koran study would probably be allowed. A get-together of a dozen people should be not crime, no matter the book being studied.

When I was growing up- Boy Scouts——Girl Scouts-—4 H——Future Farmers of America (FFA) -—even cheerleading squads met in private homes in numbers larger than 10 on a VERY regular basis.
