I thought you understood what he was saying.

Do I understand you correctly, that you would like to eliminate voting rights for those receiving government benefits? Is this correct?

If I was king of the world, voting would be limited to taxpayers. But then, if I was king of the world, everyone would pay taxes in a lump sum in April. There would be no withholding.

Government is not supposed to be about transferring wealth from one group of people to another group. If you don’t understand that, you are not a conservative in favor of limited government.
